Starter Documents

Starter documents are required as part of the onboarding process with the Auckland region District Health Boards. You cannot commence work until these are completed and found to be satisfactory. They involve:

• Pre-employment screening (Occupational Health requirements) which, if you do not complete, you cannot commence work without.
• Consent to disclosure (police vetting form)
• Payroll documents (without which you cannot be paid)
