Welcome to Auckland Doctors

The Northern Regional Training Hub Ltd (NoRTH) is responsible for the coordination of recruitment, postgraduate training and education throughout the northern North Island region, which includes North Auckland & urban Auckland City. The City is home to four hospitals; North Shore, Waitakere, Auckland City and Middlemore. All four hospitals are located within a 30 Km radius of each other, providing care to a population of over 1 million residents with an extremely diverse demographic population. NoRTH provides House Officers and Registrars with information, tools and support to help Doctors get their medical career started in the NoRTH region. Whether it’s about working in the region, or career pathways and training opportunities, NoRTH can assist. We welcome expressions of interest all year round both from RMO’s within New Zealand and overseas and offer support for locums looking for work in the Auckland Region.
