Locum Registration - Registrar/House Officer

If you are a current employee wanting extra shifts in the outside of the DHB that you are currently allocated to, or if you are an external applicant from outside of the Auckland region and looking for some casual shifts, please register for Locum via our centralised locum process.

For a detailed description of the locum process that needs to be followed please click here.

Please be aware that if you are an external candidate not currently employed in a permanent capacity within the Auckland region, the registration process does involve successful police clearance prior to being able to offer locum contract documentation as per our obligations under the Children's Act 2014. Processing times are dictated by NZ Police and can take up to 20 working days.
