Public Health Registrars - 2019 Training Year

PUBLIC HEALTH REGISTRAR

Please ONLY apply for this position if you have already been accepted to a Public Health Registrar placement in the Auckland Region.

Please note that whilst you have been accepted to a Registrar placement with the Public Health Services in Auckland, this does not constitute an offer of employment and as such we do require you to complete our standard employment process even if you have already been working in the Auckland Region. This involves:

  1. Completing an online application form and providing an up to date CV.

  1. Providing us with the names and contact details for three referees who have been your Consultant supervisors in the last three years and have supervised you for at least three months each. One referee must be a supervisor you have worked with in the last three months. We will contact your referees directly for references.

  1. Email certified copies of the following documents:
  • Primary medical qualification or transcript (awarded/conferred)
  • Medical registration and/or MCNZ Practicing certificate
  • Personal detail page of your Passport (and work visa/residency visa if applicable)
  • Driver's License
  • Post graduate qualification(s) (if applicable)
  • Current ACLS

Your documents can be certified by a lawyer, justice of the peace, or notary.
